In 2012 four friends from different segments join hands together to start a restaurant towards giving a good quality and tasty food with the core cuisine of Chettinad and started in the name of Ganga foods with brand name as South Indian Chettinad restaurant, HRBR Layout, now with a new brand it has been started as Copper n Pepper in HSR Layout.

We have trained and experienced chefs who have mastered the art of using the spices, to give a great experience to our taste buds to expect more from us.
Our spices and ingredients used includes karu milagu (peppercorn), anasipoo (star aniseed), kalpasi (a lichen), puli (tamarind), milagai (chillies), sombu (fennel seed), pattai (cinnamon), lavangam (cloves), punnai ilai (bay leaf), jeeragam (cumin seeds), and venthayam (fenugreek).
